2/19/12: High School girls...plan to BYOLunch (drinks/desserts provided) and spend the day @ the building making "Love Bears" for the children in Guyana.
1/29/12: Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes Meeting/Meal -For Youth & Parents: Following AM Services... Brings plenty of food & desserts! Roy Johnson, National Executive Director, will be here to explain the program & answer any questions. 1/27/12: TEEN Movie Night - In the game room @ 7PM. Bring snacks & drinks to share! G.U.L.F. 5/8/11 - Welcome Our New Sister In Christ!4/14/11 - We rejoice as two of our youth were recently baptized into Christ! Rosie Moret was baptized following the evening Teen Devo on 4/3. Her brother, Gerardo, was baptized during our morning worship service this past Sunday 4/10! Be sure to congratulate them both!!
CYC In Galtlinburg, TN - February 24th-27th
2/19/11 - -The Daddy/Daughter Banquet will be Saturday, February 19th at 5pm. This is for ALL ages of Daughters/Daddies & Granddaughters/Granddaddies.
The cost is $15 per family. Please sign the list in the back foyer if you plan to attend.
2/13/11- 6th Grade & Under Devo following evening service Bring sandwiches & desserts
2/13/11 - Teen/Adult Football @ 1PM
2/12/11 -CiCi's Pizza @ 4PM & then a Picture Scavenger Hunt!
11/6/10 -- 7th-12th Grade Girls Lock-In At The Building!
It will begin at 7PM and end at 9AM SAT morning!
Basketball night - teen and adult guys - Thursday night at 6:30 in the fellowship hall.
Teen Work Day - the teens will meet at the building this Saturday at 2pm to work on cleaning and repairing the youth room.
Teen Devotional this Sunday night (10/17) after services. Bring chips, drinks and desserts.
10/10/10 ----Teen’s will be going to lunch and then we
will make a visit to one of our members. The van
should be back to the building by 2PM.
10/3/10 ---– At 1:30 any of the teenage boys and young adult guys who want to show their inner Brett Favre, we will be playing some flag football at the building! Some guys from Robertsdale will be joining us! Bring it on!!

Teen cookout and movie night in the
youth room starting at 5pm!
9/19/10 -- Area wide for this month will be @ Gulf Shores church of Christ.
The monthly area wide will be held at Gulf Shores Church of Christ. Due to limited space we will be eating at the Gulf Shores Adult Activity Center (260 Clubhouse Drive). Dinner will start at 4:45. After dinner we will go down the street to the church building (2414 West 1st Street) for worship.
8/27- - Bay Bears GameBay Bears Game - Aug. 27th - Hope you’ve made plans to come be with us this Friday night! Sign up SUNDAY! We will leave the building at 5:45 for any wanting to ride together. -
8/21 - We will be going to the area wide at Azalea City this Sunday, 8/22. We will leave the building at 4PM sharp!
8/3/10- - Bowling Today! Meet at Gulf Bowl in Foley @ 4pm for 99 cent Bowling! All ages!

7/22/10 - Mini Golf & CiCi's! - Meet @ CiCi's in Foley @ 6pm. Then we'll head out to play Mini Golf from there!
6/20/10 - Sunday is FATHER’S DAY so that means one thing -
Sunday Night @ the -V- for a little Mexican food!
6/22/10 Tuesday Evening we will be going Skating @ Hot Wheels in Daphne. -
The van will leave the building @5:15 sharp. The cost is $2.00 to get in and $2.00
for skates. SKATE 6-8 - This is for all ages. Everyone plan on coming for skates.
6/6/10 -We will have a game night for all ages. Please plan
to be here and take part in this fellowship!
5/1 - We are taking our faith on the street and doing some
service projects. All the youth need to be at the church Saturday morn
ing. We will leave the building at 9:00 a.m. BRING A SACK LUNCH!!

2/24/10- We plan to go to Azalea City to hear Tony Edwards speak @ the Lectureships. The van will leave at 5:30 p.m. and we will stop to eat after the lectures.
2/7/10 ----SUPERBOWL PARTY - TEEN ROOM - Devotional & singing STARTS @ 4:30.
Bring your favorite snacks for the game!!! Gulf Shores Youth will be joining us.
G.U.L.F. 2010 has come and gone, it was GREAT!! I just want to
say Thank You to everyone at Summerdale who worked so hard. Thank
you for all the support and prayers. God Blessed All Of Us. We had 3
baptisms and several responses. We had over 500 in attendance on
Saturday and 466 on Sunday. A Special Thanks to Todd & Melinda
Sanford and Charlie & Carly Agnew for taking care of the Summerdale
Youth Group. A Special Thanks to Joe & Ruth Ann Gill & their TEAM for
feeding everyone. I heard a lot of good comments about the Barbecue
Sandwiches!! You set the Standard High!

12/2/09-
Five Families in Summerdale had a Great Thanksgiving due to the
generosities of the Summerdale Church of Christ. I want to thank everyone
for their generosity. We will be helping these Families again for Christmas.
11/30/09 --
The Summerdale youth group wants to reach out to our community dur
ing this holiday season. We have 5 families in the area who we want to
help. Please pick a snowman from our “SNOW GLOBE.” Then write
down the information on the sheet that is provided. Take the snowman
with you and purchase a gift for that child. Bring it back to the building
with the snowman label by December 13. The gift can be wrapped or
unwrapped. Please participate if you can. Contact Melinda Sanford at
747-6479 if you have questions.
11/8/09-Teen & Parent Devo in the Teen Room following evening evening services.
10/18/09 -Summerdale is hosting the Youth Area Wide this month. Everyone
make plans to come and invite your friends to come with you. Dave Mellor will

The Zoo trip has been rescheduled for Thursday, July 30th. The van will leave the church
building at 9:00. Cost for the zoo is adult $10, children 12 & under $7. There is an additional
$5 charge is you wish to visit the Kangaroo Exhibit.

S.E.C. - I have a sign up list also for this event. We will be staying in a hotel Friday & Saturday Night. I need to know by July 19, 2009 if you are going.

Conquerors - I have a sign up sheet. Deadline for the list is July 26.

AZURE concert at Creekwood Church of Christ. The van will be leaving our building at 6:00 Sharp. This is for all ages. We will STOP somewhere to eat on the home.

For our “Service Project” last week I need to thank Tyler Gill, Jacob Sanford, Chris
Sanford, Josh Sanford and Braxton Agnew. They worked hard and were able to get a
lot of work done at the Guyana Warehouse! Thank you, Guys!!! --- Tom
6/3/09 --Well, we had a great week at camp. MAN VS WILD was a great subject. I enjoyed teaching it. We rejoice that Tyler Gill and Braxton Agnew were both baptized.
